You have chosen to work with CrownBorn. The Administration Gate™ is where we open your file, ship your welcome kit, give you portal access, and schedule the assessment that produces your written proposal.
In Plain Language
This is an application fee on a house you intend to live in.
When you apply to live somewhere, you pay an application fee. It is not rent. It covers the work of processing you into the building.
The $800 Administration Fee works the same way. It is not the price of your engagement. It is what it costs us to bring one person into the CrownBorn system properly — the records, the systems, the welcome, the portal, and the first real conversation about your business.
You pay it once. Not per engagement, not per year, not per program.

$800 — one time. Here is exactly what it includes.
Your welcome
A welcome email within one business day, and a physical CrownBorn welcome gift shipped to the address you provide.
Enrollment in the system
Your record is created, your file is opened, your communication is set up, and your documents are prepared.
Portal access
Entry to IAMCROWNBORN — your private client home, where your materials, journey, and progress live.
Your first assessment
A scheduled working session with CrownBorn. We look at what you are carrying, identify the one area to begin with, and issue your written proposal with confirmed scope, schedule, and final investment.
We always begin with one area. Not five. The assessment is how we find which one.

What the $800 does not cover.
It does not pay for your engagement, program, event, consultation, or experience. Those are priced separately, and every price is published below before you pay anything.
It is not a deposit, and it is not credited toward your engagement fee.
You do not need to pay it at all if you only want Celebrations — our public events, live sessions, invitations, and printable Celebration Blueprint kits. Those are open to everyone. See Celebrations.

Stripe confirms your payment and sends you to IAMCROWNBORN.COM. You do not need to return to this page.
Within 1 business day
Your welcome email arrives with your portal credentials and your assessment scheduling link.
Within 5 to 7 business days
Your welcome gift ships to the address you provide at checkout.
Within 10 business days
Your first assessment takes place, and your written proposal follows within 5 business days of that session.

Is the $800 the price of my CrownBorn experience?
No. The Administration Fee and your engagement price are separate. Every engagement price is published in the table above.
Is it recurring?
No. It is a one-time payment. You pay it once, not per engagement and not annually.
Is it refundable?
Yes, within limits. Request a refund in writing to SCARS@CrownBornEmpire.com within 72 hours of payment, and before your welcome gift ships and your assessment is scheduled, and you receive a full refund. After either of those has occurred, the fee is non-refundable, because the work it pays for has already begun. Engagement fees are governed separately by your signed agreement. How long does the administrative process take?
Welcome email within 1 business day. Welcome gift shipped within 5 to 7 business days. First assessment within 10 business days. Written proposal within 5 business days of your assessment.
Does paying guarantee entry into every CrownBorn experience?
No. Some engagements are by application and acceptance. Others depend on scheduling, availability, eligibility, readiness, or safety requirements. Your assessment confirms what is available to you.
Can I attend anything without paying it?
Yes. Celebrations — public events, live sessions, invitations, and printable Celebration Blueprint kits — are open to everyone with no Administration Fee.
What is the Technology Infrastructure Fee?
$2,500. It applies when CrownBorn builds something on our systems and holds it there for you — it is a technology fee, not an administrative one. It is already included in the Companion and Sovereign Levels, and it is not charged on Blueprint.
